InTransition_Einladung.jpg

This innovative exhibition project sees itself as a laboratory for a lively interplay of the arts: painting, action painting, drawing, sculpture, video, dance, live performance, photography, and augmented reality form interfaces in the focus of artistic forms of expression.

With diverse performances, actions, and happenings, a comprehensive program by 35 international artists is offered, in which time-based, visual, and media art intertwine. Transitions, transformations, and changes in perspective can be experienced—a fusion of live act and exhibition format in which the boundaries of the arts are questioned.

With this format, the curatorial team of Corinna Rosteck, Simone Kornfeld, and Yukihiro Ikutani positions itself in the Galerie im Verein Berliner Künstler at the intersection of media in the current art discourse.  Permeable transitions between exhibition work and performance in coexistence create resonance, unfolding artistic and at the same time socio-political experiences of identity and community.

Data Art is a rapidly growing field in contemporary art, where artists use statistical data as the foundation for their creations. It offers a way to not only comprehend information but also infuse it with emotional power — turning mathematics into a tool for interpreting and reflecting on both global and deeply personal realities.

“The Jewelry Code” brings together more than 60 artists from 28 countries, offering us a new lens through which to see the world — one where data is encrypted in adornment.

In the exhibition DIALOG DER ZEITEN (DIALOGUE BETWEEN PAST AND PRESENT), 26 artists engage with works from the archive of the Association of Berlin Artists.

For the 29th anniversary of Amsterdam Pride, The WearHouse presents COCKS and CUNTS – a contemporary jewellery exhibition that celebrates the body as a site of pride and protest.

In a world where gender and sexuality are at the heart of cultural and political conversation, this exhibition responds with boldness and clarity.

These works do not hide. They manifest joy, explore desire, question gender, and celebrate life.
