STATES OF A HEART

Intimacy

The pieces started out with a drawing, made during and after telephone conversations. Later on, these emotions also influenced my sculptural work.

By placing the brooch and the drawing into a box, the intimacy of the pieces is protected. The box might be opened, its contents shown to the world, the brooch could be worn or everything could stay an intimate treasure.
